Here is another snow goose recipe I got from a buddy of mine. Make sure you let the goose breasts marinade for atleast 12 hours, 24 would be even better.
Marinade Ingredients:
- Canola Oil (2 cups)
- Worcestershire Sauce (1 cup)
- Oregano
- Basil
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- 1/2 of a red onion (diced)
- Chicken seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Marinade 2-4 goose breasts over night. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook goose for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and enjoy!
