Well today marks the start of the 2013 White Marlin Open! This is one of the biggest and most popular fishing tournaments in the world. While boats come from all over the country (and even the world) to compete, this tournament is a way for all the local boats in the region to shine in their home waters.
Check out the WMO website here - White Marlin Open - you can watch the weigh in cams at the end of each fishing day and also stay up to date with the leader board in all different divisions.
I would like to wish good luck to our sponsors who are fishing the event, Muff Diver Charters & Restless Lady Sport Fishing. These are both top notch boats who should do great in the tournament!

I wish I was down in OC to watch all the weigh ins and enjoy all the festivities, better yet, I wish I was fishing in this tournament, but good luck to all those who are!
