Capt. Todd and Will fished the Washington on Tuesday and had lots of action with 2/4 on whites, 2 fat Yellowfins and a gaffer Mahi. Tuna bite remains slow, need to make the best of the bite when it comes. Starting a string of 3 overnighters starting tomorrow.
